STATEMENT OF WORK

Kari Cardon

We are so excited to get working on new branding and a new website for our sister Kari!! We will provide multiple concepts to choose from and work with you to listen, evolve, and create final designs.

At H with R, we believe in a collaborative process that involves you most every step of the way. Our approach involves a deep understanding of your dreams, your values, and your vision.

Our design process is pretty simple: we get all the input we feel we need from you and we start down the trail of marinating, creating, and finding inspiration wherever we can. If we need more feedback, we'll get it, otherwise, we will work to present you with our top 3 choices of logos and branding.

Once we're dialed in, we’ll get moving on the entire branding package and website content shortly after.

H With R retains the non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide right to display, reproduce and distribute the designs in H With R’s portfolio and website, and third-party trade publications, awards, or exhibits, solely for the purpose of promoting or exemplifying H With R’s work. H With R also reserves the right to be credited with copyright ownership and authorship of the designs in connection with such use.

 AMENDMENTS & FEEDBACK

When our initial designs are presented to you, we will explain the design decisions that have been made. At this point, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request modifications if required. We provide five rounds of revisions.

In the unlikely event that additional revisions are required beyond this, they will be charged at a cost of $250 per revision round, and will be added to the final invoice.

CANCELLATION DURING PROJECT

If you choose to cancel the project midway through the project, where ideas and proposals have been submitted, refunds of previous payments are not possible.

If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a portion of the overall budget will be returned. In most cases, the complete amount will be refunded. If the work completed so far can be used for another designer to pick up, then a percentage will be refunded based on the work completed, or any other reasonable suggestion will be considered.

PROJECT SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to suspend any project if a client interferes with excessive micromanaging, demonstrates a continued lack of trust and inability to move forward after showing more than a reasonable number of unique logo ideas/concepts, and/or shows reluctance in paying the final payment.

Fair notice will be given with a fair chance to remedy the situation without resorting to project suspension or termination. Any suspension or termination will not result in any refunds.

NO COMMUNICATION POLICY

We have a policy that after 30 days of no communication from you, we will terminate the project, and it will be considered canceled.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are always open to listening and understanding your position. We will do our best to help whenever we can, but we require consistent communication to ensure the success of the project.
